Passionate for the landscape industry and dedicated to work with you with hopes to turn exteriors into a place that you won’t ever want to leave.
Jessica is happy to guide clients through the process of transforming an ordinary property into an unforgettable one.
Jessica joined the landscape industry at the age of 16 where she quickly developed an affinity for landscaping. She graduated from Fanshawe College's Landscape Design program in 2014. Throughout her career, she educated herself in all elements of design: maintenance, construction, plant ID, pool construction and more!
Over fourteen years, Jessica’s passion for design continued to evolve; now, one of the things she enjoys most is working with you to see your ideas transform into a beautiful custom landscape that you’ll use for years.

CONSULTATION
This 1 hour onsite meet and greet, were you get the chance to articulate your wish list. We discuss the materials that are best suited and plan through the execution. All this is done to ensure the end result is beyond what you imagined.
FEES
Fees for the design process range from $1,200 to $1,700 up front. A pricelist will be sent to you prior to confirming a consultation.
Included in your design fee:

1 hour onsite consultation with the designer

1 revision (subject to additional fees)

A detailed 2D package specifying all materials, dimensions, grading, planting and lighting.
PERMITS
The homeowner and/or contractor(s) are responsible for their own permits. We're happy to refer you to a local professional to execute your permits.
CONCEPTUAL 3D VIDEO
You will receive your conceptual 3D video via Youtube link approximately 2 weeks from your initial consultation. Your 3D fly-through video will take you on an ultra HD immersive, virtual tour of your property. No need to worry about digesting a piece a paper! Sit back, relax and click play!
REVISION
A live video conference call is scheduled to share and discuss any changes you'd like to make to the design. Most changes can be made during the call.
A secondary video will be issued after changes have been made and discussed. These videos links are your 3D visuals of your proposed design.
Final 2D plans are issued in a PDF document.
2D PACKAGE & EXECUTION
Construction drawings, details, specifications, tender documents and pretender cost estimates are created. Information related to materials, dimensions, grading, planting and lighting are all specified in a 5 page document.
